HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 7558RESOLUTION NO. 7558 RESOLUTION ADOPTING WAGE SCALE (Harding Avenue from 13th Street to 20th Street and 20th Street from Harding Avenue to Wilson Avenue) The City Council of the City of National City does hereby resolve as follows: The City Council does hereby determine and establish that the general prevailing rate of per diem wage for each type of craft or workman needed to execute or perform the necessary work and improvement on Harding Avenue from I3th Street to 20th Street and 20th Street from Harding Avenue to Wilson Avenue is in accord- ance with the schedule appended hereto and described as "Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rate" and said schedule shall be embodied in the notice inviting sealed bids and all contract documents in connec- tion with said work and improvements. PASSED AND ADOPTED this " day of July, 1959. Sundays and Holidays shall be one and one-half (1-1/2) times the above rate. The standard day shall be considered as eight (8) hours and overtime shall be paid for any time in excess of this amount. - 2 -
