RESOLUTION ADOPTING WAGE SCALE
(Rachael Avenue from 6th Street to 8th Street)
The City Council of the City of National City does hereby
resolve as follows:
The City Council does hereby determine and establish that the
general prevailing rate of per diem wage for each type of craft or
workman needed to execute or perform the necessary work and im-
provement on Rachael Avenue from 6th Street to 8th Street is in
accordance with the schedule appended hereto and described as
"Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rate" and said schedule shall be
embodied in the notice inviting sealed bids and all contract docu-
ments in connection with said work and improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ' day of August, 1959.

Overtime shall be one and one-half (1-1/2) times the above rate.
Sundays and Halidays shall be one and one-half (1-1/2)..times theabove rate.
The standard day shall be considered as eight (8) hours and overtime shall
be paid for any time in excess of this amount.
