RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL ZONE VARIANCE
RESOLUTION No. 7390
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to Carol H. Dressel haws
for the purpose of converting an existing building into a physician and
surgeons office and maintaining the same for such purpose.
Said property is described dsxf141*.Owsx in notice of use district hearing hereto
attached and by reference made a part hereof.
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion as hereinafter set forth:
1. The garage existing on the premises be removed prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
2. The area indicated by cross hatching on the plot plan on
file in the office of the City Planner be covered with
asphaltic concrete and prepared for use as a parking area
prior to final inspection.
That said permit is non -assignable and non-transferrable.
Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this I3th day of January, 1959
