The City Council of the City of National City, California
does hereby find, resolve, determine and order as follows:
I. That a Grant Deed to City of National City from Charles
Lee Singleton and Dean E. Singleton, dated November 10, 1958,
was accepted by Resolution No. 7345 of this City Council adopted
on November 18, 1958.
2. That the execution and delivery of said Deed was made
under a mistake of material fact.
3. That this City Council would not have accepted said
Grant Deed had it had knowledge of all the facts and circum-
stances surrounding the execution and delivery of said Deed.
4. That City of National City has not paid any considera-
tion for the conveyance of the real property granted to it by
said Deed.
5. That equity and justice demands that the property con-
veyed by said Deed be returned to the grantors.
6. That the Mayor, for and on behalf of City of National
City, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a
Grant Deed reconveying said property to the grantors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1959
