RESOLUTION No. 7304
Be it- resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to South Bay Plaza Syndicate
for the purpose of (I) installing not to excfAd P i ght (8) billiard or pool
tables in the building to be occupied by the Bowling Alley at 1201
East I0th Street, and (2) erecting and maintaining an automobile
wash rack and appurtenances at 914 L Avenue and, (3) installing a
sign with a maximum area of 100 square feet.
Said property is described MX dtli OWx:
In notice of Use District Hearing, dated the 15th day of July,
1958, a copy of which is hereto attached, and which is made a part
hereof by reference.
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion as hereinafter set forth:
That all requirements as to set backs be satisfied.

Construct -ion is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
