RESOLUTION No. 735o
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to THOMAS P. and EMI LY E. MART I NOV I GH
for the purpose of sp I i t i ng a 9,520 square foot lot into two lots con-
sisting of 5,000 square feet and 4,520 square feet respectively.

Notice of Use District Hearing dated the 15th day of October, 1958,
a copy of which is hereto attached and is made a part hereof by
reference.
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion as hereinafter set forth:

Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.

You are hereby notified that the
City Planning Commission will hold
a public hearing after 7:30 P.M.,
Monday, October 27, 1958 at the City
Hall, 1245 National Avenue, National
City, California on the proposed use
of the following described property

That portion of Lot 39 and the
Southerly 12.93 feet of Lot 40
measured at right angles to the
Southerly line thereof excepting
therefrom the Southerly 25.00
feet of said Lot 39 measured
along the Westerly line thereof

tinuing North 18° 58' 30" West
along the Westerly line of said

parallel with the Southerly line

the boundaries of the above des-
cribed property variance shall be
made as follows: Permission to
split a lot with 9,520 Sq. Ft. into
two lots, one having the required
5,000 Sq. Ft. minimum and one with
4,520 Sq. Ft.
That any person interested may
at the time set appear and be
heard.
