MART I NOV I GH for the purpose of sp I i t i ng a 9,520 square foot lot into two lots con- sisting of 5,000 square feet and 4,520 square feet respectively. Said property is described XiXJfddkwx:X 1 n Notice of Use District Hearing dated the 15th day of October, 1958, a copy of which is hereto attached and is made a part hereof by reference. This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November, 1958. ATTEST CITY CLERK MAYOR NOTICE OF USE DISTRICT HEARING (Proposed Zone Variance) You are hereby notified that the City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing after 7:30 P.M., Monday, October 27, 1958 at the City Hall, 1245 National Avenue, National City, California on the proposed use of the following described property to -wit: PARCEL "A": That portion of Lot 39 and the Southerly 12.93 feet of Lot 40 measured at right angles to the Southerly line thereof excepting therefrom the Southerly 25.00 feet of said Lot 39 measured along the Westerly line thereof as said lots are shown and so designated on Rancho Hills Unit No. 2, Map No. 2389 in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California filed in the office of the County Re- corder of San Diego County March 31, 1947, more particularly described as follows: - Beginning at the Southwester- ly corner of said Lot 39; thence North 18° 58' 30" West along the Westerly line of said Lot 39 a distance of 25.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence con- tinuing North 18° 58' 30" West along the Westerly line of said Lot 39 and said Lot 40 a distance of 83.82 feet to a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 40; thence North 84° 13' 12" East, parallel with the Southerly line of said Lot 40 and distant there- from 12.93 feet measured at right angles to said Southerly line a distance of 71.80 feet; thence South 11° 54' East a dis- tance of 67.81 feet to a point on a line parallel with the Southerly line of said Lot 39 and distant therefrom 25.00 feet measured parallel with the Westerly line of said Lot 39; thence South 70° 54' West, parallel with said Southerly line of Lot- 39 a dis- tance of 61.55 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
