The City Council of the City of National City does hereby resolve
as follows:
It appearing to the satisfaction of the City Engineer
that all work provided to be done by A. R. KINGAARD
for Concrete Channel Lining, Paradise Creek,
Specification No. 625, has been satisfactorily per-
formed, the City Council of the City of National
City hereby accepts said work and authorizes the
filing of a Notice of Completion and orders that pay-
ment for said work be made in accordance with said
Contract.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of National City
as follows:
I. The City Council of National City hereby finds and
determines as follows:
A. That on February 11, 1958, the City of National
City became the owner in fee simple of all that
certain real property situated in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, more
particularly described in Grant Deed from Susan A.
Oliver, formerly Susie S. Arnold, which said deed
is recorded in Book 7054 at Page 341 of Official
Records of the San Diego County Recorder, to which
reference is hereby made.
B. That said property, and the whole thereof, was
secured by City of National City after the lien
date for County of San Diego, real property taxes
for the fiscal year 1958-1959.
C. That by virtue of being owned by City of National
City said real property above described is not
subject to sale for delinquent taxes.
2. Because of the foregoing facts, the Board of Supervisors
of San Diego County is hereby requested to make its order that the
San Diego County Auditor cancel the said taxes for the fiscal
year 1958-1959 on said described real property.
3. That the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized and
directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the
Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County.
