RESOLUTION No. 7357
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to James H. Pearson
for the purpose of adding a 25 feet by 48 feet addition to the building
now located on said premises for the purpose of conducting
the business of new car maintenance and storage.
Said property is described as follows:
Lots6, 7 and 8 of Block 2 of Ten Acre Lot 2, National Avenue
Terrace, City of National City, California.
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion as hereinafter set forth:

Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1958.
