RESOLUTION DIRECTING ASSESSEENT TO BE
PREPARED AND.SIGNED BY ENGINEER OF
WORK

WEEREAS, the City Council of the City of National
City did on the llth day of December, 1957, pass its
Resolution of Intention No. 6822 for the work and improve-
ment to be made and done pursuant to the provisions of
the "Improvement Act of 1911"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National
City desires that any assessment hereafter to be made S r
the assessment of the distribution of the costs thereof
upon the lands benefited thereby, shall be made and signed
by the Engineer of Work;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of National City, that any assessment
hereafter made distributing the costs of the work described
in Resolution df Intention No. 6822, of this Body, upon
the property benefited thereby, shall be made and signed
by the City Engineer heretofore appointed by this City
Council as Engineer of Work for the work and improvement
described in said Resolution of Intention No. 6822.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this J %ay of February, 1957.
