ADOPTING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF HARBISON AVENUE'
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National
City did by Resolution No. 6817 adopted on the 18th day of
December, 1956 approve and adopt Official Plans and Speci-
fications for the construction of certain improvements to be
made in and upon Harbison Avenue between the centerline of
Fourth Street and the centerline of Sixth Street in the
City of National City, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City that the City Council has
determined and established the general prevailing rate of
per diem wage for each type of craft or workman needed to
execute or perform the necessary work or improvement in
accordance with the sehedule appended hereto and described
as "Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rate," and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said "Schedule of Per
Diem Wage Rate" be emboided in the notice inviting sealed bids
and all contract documents in connection with said work and
improvements hereinabove described.

Motor Patrol Operator, including any type of
Power Blade
Pavement Breaker Operator
Roller Operator
Skip Loader Operator - Wheel Type
Tow Blade or Grader Operator
Tractor Operator - Bulldozer, Tamper, Scraper

Overtime shall be one and one-half (1-1/2) times the above rate.
Sundays and Holidays shall be one and one-half (1-1/2) times the above rate.
The standard day shall be considered as eight (8) hours and overtime shall be
paid for any time in excess of this amount.
