Home My WebLink AboutCC RESO 6870RESOLUTION NO. 6870 WHEREAS, the legal description of the Tidelands parcel presently attached as Exhibit "A" to the proposed lease approved on the 5th day of February 1957 by Resolution No. 6851 of this City Council is not the correct description of the parcel of ground which the City of National City desires to be leased to L. M. PEPPER; and WHEREAS, said proposed lease has not yet been executed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as f ollows: 1. Exhibit "A" to said proposed lease is hereby amended to read in accordance with Exhibit "B", hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof. 2. The approval of said lease except for that portion contained in Exhibit "A" attached is hereby ratified and affirmed. 3. Exhibit "A" is hereby declared to be of no force and effect whatsoever. Exhibit "B" hereto att- ached is hereby approved as the legal descripti)n for the proposed lease to said L. M. PEP, --ER and it is hereby ordered that said Exhibit "B" be attached to said lease, prior to the execution of the same by the Mayor and that all reference to Exhibit "A" in said lease be changed to refer to Exhibit "B".
