Home My WebLink AboutCC RESO 6902RESOLUTION NO. 6902 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: That all that certain real property situated in the City of National.City, County of San Diego, State of California more particularly described in the descrip- tion prepared by WAYNE P. LILL, City Engineer, dated March 18, 1957, in Exhibit "A" hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof as though set forth at }p.ngtb, be and the same hereby is declared a public park subject however, to the following reservations and rights which the City Council of National City hereby specifically reserves: (a) The right to erect and maintain buildings for municipal purposes; (b) The right to erect and maintain wells and pumping stations. That the said park be and hereby shall be known as El Toyon Park. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1957.
