BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City as follows:
That all that certain real property situated
in the City of National.City, County of San Diego, State
of California more particularly described in the descrip-
tion prepared by WAYNE P. LILL, City Engineer, dated March
18, 1957, in Exhibit "A" hereto attached and by reference
made a part hereof as though set forth at }p.ngtb, be and
the same hereby is declared a public park subject however,
to the following reservations and rights which the City
Council of National City hereby specifically reserves:
(a) The right to erect and maintain buildings
for municipal purposes;
(b) The right to erect and maintain wells and
pumping stations.
That the said park be and hereby shall be known
as El Toyon Park.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1957.

80 Acre Lot 1 of Quarter Section 130 of Rancho de la Nation accord-
ing to Map thereof No. 166, filed in the office of the County Recorder,
San Diego County, California; being also the northwest quarter and the
northeast quarter of said Quarter Section 130;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following parcels:
PARCEL NO. 1
The southerly 40 feet and the northerly 40 feet of said 80 Acre Lot 1.

PARCEL NO. 2
That portion of the westerly 30 feet of said 80 Acre Lot 1 that is
contained within a strip of land 60 feet in right angle width, the
westerly line of said strip of land being the westerly line of Palm
Avenue as shown on Map of Paradena Park, Map No. 1404, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder, San Diego County, California.
PARCEL NO. 3
The southerly 540 feet of the westerly 574.50 feet of said 80 Acre
Lot 1.
PARCEL NO. 4
The southerly 152 feet of the westerly 152 feet of the northeast
quarter of the northwest quarter of said Quarter Section 130 more
particularily described As follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of said
Quarter Section 130;
Thence from said point of begins north 18° 45' west along the west
line of said Quarter Section 130 as shown on Map No. 1404 of said
Paradena Park 653.05 feet to the south line of the north half of
said northwest quarter;

Thence north 71° 08' 54" east along said line 664.94 feet to the
southwest corner of said northeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of Quarter Section 130 being the true point of beginning of the
parcel to be described:
Thence north 18° 43' west along the west line of said northeast
quarter of northwest quarter a distance of 152 feet;
Thence north 71° 08' 54" east parallel with the southerly line of
said northeast quarter of northwest quarter a distance of 152 feet;
Thence south 18° 43' east parallel with the west line of said north-
east quarter of northwest quarter a distance of 152 feet to the south
line of said northeast quarter of northwest quarter;
Thence south 71° 08' 54" west along said south line 152 feet to the
true point of beginning.
PARCEL NO. 5
All that portion of said 80 acre Lot 1 conveyed to the National
School District by deeds recorded in Book 4313 page 473 and Book
4017 page 161 of Official Records of San Diego County, California,
the boundary of said property being described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of that parcel of land con-
veyed to the California Water and Telephone Company by deed recorded
in Book 3795 page 292 of Official Records of San Diego County,
California, said point of beginning being also the southeasterly
corner of the southerly 152 feet of the westerly 152 feet of the
northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Quarter Section 130;
Thence from said point of beginning north 18° 43' west along the
easterly line of said parcel of land 152 feet to the northeasterly
corner thereof;
Thence south 71° 08' 54" west along the northerly line of said parcel
of land 151.31 feet to a point on the arc of a curve concave easterly
having a radius of 1470 feet, the center of said curve bearing north
73° 13' 22" east from said point;
Thence northerly along said curve a distance of 424.74 feet;
Thence north O° 13' 20" west 45.24 feet to a point on a line 40 feet
southerly of the north, line of said 80 Acre Lot 1;
Thence north 71° 16' 10" east along said line 880.96 feet;
Thence south 9° 19' 01" east 628.46 feet;

Thence south 71* 16' 10" west 716.44 feet to the southerly prolonga-
tion of the easterly line of said California Water and Telephone
Company Land;
Thence north 18° 43' west along said southerly prolongation 8.89 feet
to the point of beginning.
PARCEL NO. 6
All that portion of said 80 Acre Lot 1 that is easterly of the follow-
ing described line and extensions thereof:
Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of that parcel of land
described in Parcel No. 5 above;
Thence from said point of beginning south 9° 19' 01" east 628.46 feet
along the easterly line of said parcel to the most southeasterly
corner of said parcel;
Thence southerly 640 feet more or less to a point in the south line
of said 80 Acre Lot 1 a distance of 1124.70 feet westerly of the
southeasterly corner of said Lot 1.
