Home My WebLink AboutCC RESO 6923RESOLUTION NO. 6923 RESOLUTION DIRECTING ASSESSMENT TO BE PREPARED AND SIGNED BY ENGINEER OF WORK (I8th Street) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City did on the 26th day of February, 1957, pass its Resolution of Intention No. 6877 for the work and improvement to be made and done pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911"; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City desires that any assessment hereafter to be made for the assessment of the distribution of the costs thereof upon the lands benefited thereby, shall be made and signed by the Engineer of Work; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, that any assessment hereafter made distributing the costs of the work described in Resolution of Intention No. 6877, of this Body, upon the property benefited thereby, shall be made and signed by the Engineer of Work heretofore appointed by this City Council as Engineer of Work for the work and improvement described in said Resolution of Intention No. 6877.
