RESOLUTION No. 7006
Be it reso ved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to FRED C. PETERNiN
for the purpose of constructing a residential unit on the East property
line elimin-tine the rear yard set back, allowing for maximum off
street parking,

cho de la Nacion in the City of Na-
tional City, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to May thereof
No. 166 filed in the Office of the Coun-
ty Recorder of said San Diego County,
described as follows: Commencing at a
point on the .Southerly line of said
Westerly Half of the Northerly Half
of the 20 Acre Lot 1, distant thereon
160 feet Easterly from the Westerly
line of said Lot, being the Southeast-
erly corner of a parcel of land con-
veyed to John L. Rea and wife by deed
dated April 14, 1941 and recorded in
Book 1179, Page 171 of Official Records,.
and being the Southwesterly corner of
a parcel of land conveyed to John L.
Rea and wife by deed dated June 7,
1944 and recorded in Book 1686, Page
485 of Official Records; thence North-
erly along the Westerly line of the
last mentioned land conveyed to Rea,
a distance of 96 feet to the Northwest-
erly corner thereof, being` the true
point of beginning; thence continuing
along the Northerly prolongation of
said Westerly line 44 feet; thence
Westerly to and along the _Northerly
'C line of the land described in the deed
to John L. Rea and Pearl E. Rea,
husban-d and wife, as joint tenants,

Page 309 of Official Records; a total
0 distance of 160 feet to, the West line
of said '20 Acre Lot 1; thence South-
erly, along said West Line 44 feet to
the Southerly line of the land describ-
ed in said Rea's deed last above men-
.< tioned; thence easterly, along the

erly extension thereof, to the true
point of beginning. EXCEPTING there-

That it is proposed that within the
boundaries of the above described
property varianceshall be made as fol-
lows: Permission to construct a resi-
dential unit on the East property line
(eliminating rear yard setback).
That any person interested may at
the time set, appear and be heard.
