BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National
City as follows:
That that certain easement for drainage purposes
marked exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made a
part hereof and that certain easement for sewer purposes
marked exhibit "B" attached hereto and by reference made
a part hereof executed by CLARENCE E. MORRIS and dated
July 31, 1957 be and hereby are accepted by the City Council
of the City of National City and the City Clerk is authorized
and directed to record the same in the office of the San
Diego County Recorder.

For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

purposes over and across thot certain real property situated in the City of National City, County of San
Diego, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
A 6 foot easement in the West Ralf of the Northwest Quarter et
Quarter Section 105, Rancho De La Naeioz, in the County of Sam, Siege

purposes over and across that certain real property situated in the City of National City, County of San
Diego, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
A 10 foot easement in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of
Quarter Section 103, Rancho De La Naeion, in the County of San Diego
State of California, according to Map thereof No. 166, made by Morrill,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County
May 11, 1e69, and lying 5 feet on both sides of the following described
center -line

corner of Susan Manor, in the County of San Diego, State of California,

This grant is a perpetuc! easement and right of way for the construction, reconstruction, excava-
tion, maintenance, operation and repair of sewer facilities, together
with the right to enter upon and to pass, and repass, aver and along said easement and to deposit tools,
implements, and other materials thereon.
