RESOLUTION ADOPTING WAGE SCALE
(17th Street)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City as follows:
The City Council does hereby determine and
establish the general prevailing rate of per diem
wage for each type of craft or workman needed to
execute or perform the necessary work and improvement
in Assessment District 1957-3 in accordance with the
schedule appended hereto and described as "Schedule
of Per Diem Wage Rate" and said schedule shall be
embodied in the notice inviting sealed bids and all
contract documents in connection with said work and
improvements.

Tools, Vibrating Machines and similar Mechanical
Tools, not separately classified herein
Asphalt Raker and Ironer
Fine Grader (Highway and Street Paving only)
OPERATING ENGINEERS:
Concrete or Asphalt Spreading, Tamping or
Finishing Machine Operator
Concrete Mixer Operator - Mobile Mixer
Motor Patrol Operator, including any type of
Power Blade
Pavement Breaker Operator
Roller Operator
Skip Loader Operator - Wheel Type
Tow Blade or Grader Operator
Tractor Operator - Bulldozer, Tamper, Scraper
or Drag Type Shovel or similar type
Universal Equipment Operator (Shovel, Dragline,
Derrick, Derrick -Barge, Clamshell, Crane or

Overtime shall be one and one-half (1-1/2) times the above rate.
Sundays and Holidays shall be one and one-half (1-1/2) times the above rate.
The standard day shall be considered as eight (8) hours and overtime shall be
paid for any time in excess of this amount.
