Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City

That a special zone variance permit be granted to GUY C. WI LSON JR.
for the purpose of ERECTING A BUILDING CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 35,000 S.Q. FT.
TO BE OCCUPIED BY A THIRTY'TWO LANE BOWLING ALLEY TOGETHER WITH A RESTAU_
RANT. AND COCKTAIL BAR. .BALANCE OF LAND TO BE..PAVED .AND LIGHTED FOR
CUSTOMER PARKI.NG.

That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion as hereinafter set forth:
That an attractive six foot fence on the east property line bordering M
Avenue be built and on the north property line to L Avenue.
That permission to erect the sign as indicated on the plan submitted
is also granted.

Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the some shall lapse and be of no effect.

occupied by a 32 lane bowling al-
ley together with a restaurant and
cocktail bar. Balance of land to be
paved and lighted for customer
parking.
