HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 6804RESOLUTION NO. 6804 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of IEiational City, as follows: 1. That pursuant to Ordinance No. 911 of the City of National City, California a hearing was duly and regularly held by the City Council of said City at 2:00 P.M on the 27th day of November, 1956 in the City Council Chambers in the City Hall, National City, California regarding the closing of a portion of "J" Avenue in the City of National City, California. 2. That no one appeared to object to the closing of said street at said hearing. 3. That after hearing and considering the evidence produced at said hearing, the City Council does hereby f:incthat the portion of the public streets of the City of National City hereinafter described is not now necessary for present or prospective public street purposes, and that it is in the best interest of the City of National City to now close said portion of its public streets. 4. That pursuant to said finding and determination that portion of the public streets of the City of National City, California more particularly described as follows: the Easterly 10 feet of the east half of "Jr' Avenue lying between the north line of Fourth Street and the Westerly extension of the north line of Water's Subdivision according to Yap No. 2074 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, State of California, to which reference is hereby made, be and the same is hereby vacated, subject to reservation of easements and rights of way for structures enumerated in Section 6330 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. 5. That the City Clerk of the City of National City is hereby authorized and directed to record in the office of the Recorder of San Diego County, California a certified dopy of this Resolution duly attested under the seal of the City of National City.
