RESOLUTION No. 6710
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to The Church of Jesus Christ of
the ratter Day Saints and Robert

and Margaret Bell
for the purpose of variance in rear yard setback to allow proposed
additional building to be constructed back to the rear property line.
Also variance eliminating required off street parking.
Said property is described as follows: Lots 5 and 6, Bloek 10, Wilbur? s Addition,
Quarter Section 133, 20 Acre Lot 4, Rancho de la Nacion (2107 HI"
Avenue, National City.)
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion as hereinafter set forth:
1. That sidewalks and curbs be installed.
2. That no permanent auditorium be established without an additional
Zone variance.
3. That minimum side yard of four (4) feet be observed, or other pro-
vision made to conform to the Building Code.
4.- That parking space be made available, and that the same have hard
surfaced entrances.
