RESOLUTION No. 6712
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to Harrison H. Freeman
for the purpose of reduction in Lot width from 50 feet to 48 feet.
Said property is described as follows:
Lots 3 and 4 of Block 4, Subdivision of 10 Acre Lot 5 of
Quarter Section 153, Rancho de la Nation. (2000 Block "C"
Avenue)
That said permit. is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion as hereinafter set forth:
1. That curbs and sidewalks be installed, provided that C Avenue
is near its officially established grade.

Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
