RESOLUTION No. 6751
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to NORMAN C. URSERY
for the purpose of permitting the Fasted y RitiA yard sMt hack to be
twenty (20) feet West of the said Easterly line.
Said property is described as follows:
The Northerly 130 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Quarter Section 130 of the
Rancho de la Naeion, according to Map No. 166, EXCEPTING THEREFROM
the Northerly 30 feet and the Westerly 250 feet. (Southwest
corner of 7th Street and "Q" Avenue, National City.)
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-

Construction is to be commenced within Jorge ' days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
