BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City as follows:
That the license agreement between NATIONAL
SCHOOL DISTRICT and the CITY OF NATIONAL
CITY, a copy of which is hereto attached and
by reference is made a part hereof be, and
the same hereby is accepted and approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute the same for and on behalf of the
City of National City.

1. City hereb grants District permission, at its own
coat and expense,; to install meters and wake neceasary
connections to said meters so that electric: y and water may
be furnished via said meters so installed to District's West
29th Street Elementary School. District at its own cost and
expense agrees to keep and maintain said meters and the pipes
and wires and other service facilities furnishing utilities to
the premises in good service and repair.
2. District agrees to reimburse City for the actual cost
of all a eolataity and water furnished District via said meters
and service facilities, City agrees to bill Diatriot for said
utility services used on the basis of the meters installed,
providing that said meters are accurate. District agreesto pay
City for such services monthly within i. days after receiving
such statement.
