TERRY for the purpose of reducing the square footage requirement from 15,000 square feet to 14,800 square feet for three (5) lots. Said property is described as follows: Said description is contained in the copy of Notice of Hearing hereto attached and made a part hereof by reference. That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis- sior 13EEiXii3ifMalt. 1C Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof. This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
