RESOLUTION No. 6590
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City es follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to LOWELL R. TERRY
for the purpose of reducing the square footage requirement from 15,000
square feet to 14,800 square feet for three (5) lots.
Said property is described as follows: Said description is contained in the copy
of Notice of Hearing hereto attached and made a part
hereof by reference.
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sior 13EEiXii3ifMalt. 1C
Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.

You are hereby notified that the -
City Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing at 7.30 PM., Tuesday,
February 14, 1954 at the City Hall, 1245
National Avenue, National C1ty, Cali-
fornia on the proposed use of the tot -
lowing described property to -wit:
South two -twelfths of all that por-
tion of the Northerly one-half Of the
Southeasterly ore -fourth of Quarter
Seetian 120 of Rancho de la Nacion in
the City of National City, County of
San Diego, State of California, accord-
ing to Map thereof No. 166, on file at
the office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County. State of California,
described as follows, to wit:.
Commencing at the Northwesterly
corner of said Northerly one-half or
said Southeasterly one -quarter of
Quarter Section 125, running: Thence
North 71' East, along the Northerly
line to said Northerly one-half of said
Southeasterly one -quarter, 410 feet
more or less to its in teraeetion With
the Southeasterly extension of the
Westerly lioe of Grove Street as said
street is shown on map of Homeerest
"A", Map No. 1140, on file in the offlee
of said County Recorder of San Diego
County: thence South 19° East along
the Southeasterly extension of the
Westerly line of said Grove Street, e60
feet to a point in the Southerly line of
the Northerly one-half of the South-
easterly one -quarter of said Quarter
Section; thence South 71' West along
said Southerly line, 410 feet to a point
in the Westerly' line of said South-

of commencement EXCEPTING from
