HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 6500RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL ZONE VARIANCE RESOLUTION No. 6500 Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: That a special zone variance permit be granted to ELMER and MARIE GRIGGS for the purpose of enlarging Pitch and Putt Golf Course and parking lot in R-1A and R-4 Zones Said property is described as follows: Per description hereto attached marked Exhibit "A" That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis- sion as hereinafter set forth: 1. That off-street parking facilities for ten (10) cars be provided. 2. That the following fences be erected: (a) A six foot high solid board fence topped'ttwelve feet of Hite wire -mesh abutting the Long, Kurth he Northerly one hundred feet of the Isbell property. (b) A four foot high wire fence abutting the Bird property. (c) On all other property lines, except along the twenty foot easement and along the Eighth Street frontage, an eighteen foot high wire mesh fence. Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof. This permit shall expire day of 19 - Any violation of any of the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect. PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of 0ctober, 195�, Mayor of the City of ational City, California Ai ST: CityClerk EXHi r 4' NOTICE OF USE DISTRICT HEARING (Proposed Zone Variance) You are hereby notified that the City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:30 P.M., Monday, May 9, 1955 at the City Hall, 1245 Na- tional Avenue, National City, Califor- nia on the proposed use of the follow- ing described property to -wit: The Southwest Quarter of that por- tion of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of 40 Acre Lot 1, in Quarter Section 132 of the Rancho de la Nacion, according to the Map there- of No. 166, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, described as follows: Begin- ning at a point on the Northerly line of said 40 Acre Lot 1, distant thereon North. 71° 33.5' East, 199.64 feet from the Northwesterly corner of the North- west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter thereof; thence North 71° 33.5' East along said Northerly line, 131.56 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said 40 Acre Lot 1; thence South 18° 15' East along the Easterly line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, 331.11 feet to the Southeasterly corner thereof; thence South 71° 32.5' West along the South- erly line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 131.56 feet; thence North 18° 15' West, 331.13 feet' to the point of beginning.
