The City Council of National `'ity does hereby
resolve as follows:
That the certain lease dated the 18th day of
October, 1955 by and between the City of National
City and National Dry Kiln and Processing Company
providing for a lease of a certain portion of
National City Tidelands, a copy of which is hereto
attached, be, and the same hereby is, approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute the same for and in behalf of City of
National City.
