HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 6525RESOLUTION NO. 6525 The City Council of the City of National City does hereby resolve as follows: That tentative map of William's Manor Number four (4) subdivision be, and hereby is, approved,sub- ject however, to the following reservations and conditions which will have to be kept and per- formed by the subdivider prior to the approval of the final map: The subdivider shall: (1) 0n Harbison Avenue install type G curbs, gutters and sidewalks and thirty-two (32) foot street pavement within the forty (40) foot half width right of way. (2) On Eleventh Street install type G curbs, gutters and sidewalks and forty (40) foot street pavement within the sixty (60) foot full width right of way. 0n Twelveth Street install type G curbs, gutters and sidewalks and install sixty- four (64) foot street pavement within the eighty (80) full width right of way. Install a concrete lined drainage channel to discharge into Paradise Creek Channel, and install a culvert under Twelveth Street, in order to provide adequate drainage from the south. Provide for local drainage as may be de- termined by the City Engineer at the time improvement plans are prepared. (3) (4) (5) (6) With reference to Paradise Creek Channel: (a) Dedicate a fifty (50) foot side strip of land for drainage purposes and ex- cavate a channel on this dedication to a minimum bottom width of sixteen (16) feet and a minimum cross -sectional area of one hundred (100) square feet. (b) Provide protection of the banks and subdivision properties as required by the City Engineer. (c) Flare and protect channel at connection to culvert. (d) Fence channel with chain linked fence in accordance with City specifications. (e) Provide for channel discharge in accordance with requirements of City Engineer. (f) Install pavement, curbs and sidewalks across Harbison Avenue culvert. (g) Provide any required sewer relocations. (h) Provide contour maps as required by the City Engineer in order to determine subdivision grading and drainage. (7) Provide easements and dedications as required by City Engineer for street, drainage and public utility facilities. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT work of improvement shall con- form to the requirements of applicable National City Ordinances, and all improvement plans shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to commencement of construction. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to extend the existing culvert on Harbison Avenue to the new west line of Harbison at the sole cost and expense of City of National City.
