Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City, as ,follows: Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 803 as amended by Ordinance No. 855, the City Council of the City of National City hereby finds and determines that the City Engineer has filed a report with the City Council recommending that lesser requirements than those imposed by Section 8 of Ordinance No. 803 as amended should be permitted in the construction of streets in the Ricardo Terrace Subdivision. That a copy of said report and recommendation is hereto attached and made a part hereof by reference. That the recommendations of the City Engineer are hereby approved and allowed, and the installation of streets in the Ricardo Terrace Subdivision in accordance with said recommendations is hereby permitted.
