RESOLUTION No.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to Bernice Lindemulder
for the purpose of
permitting_cnmmP-r-eia1--vsagP in an R-4 7o'u , in order to
extend an existing commercial development.
Said property is described as follows:
Lots 8, 9, 1O,Block 1 of T. Parsons Addition
to the City of National City, California,being
a subdivision of ten acre Lot 16, Quarter Section
154, Rancho de la Nacion in the County of San Diego,
State of California. (Southwest corner of Eighth Street and
E. Avenue, National City).
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion as hereinafter set forth:
Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the ty Council of the City of National City,
