RESOLUTION NO 6414
BE IT RE`& LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AS FOLLOWS:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to
EDMOND K. CROSSLEY for the following purpose:
That the property herein described below be
permitted to have two single family residential units within an
area containing 700 square feet less than the 10,000 square feet
minimum required by Ordinance 750 as amended, and that the rear
yard set -back be 5 feet instead of the required 25 feet, said
property being described as:
Parcel I. All that portion of 80 Acre Lot 1,
Quarter Section 129, Rancho de la Nacion,
according to the map thereof No. 166 by Morrill,
filed in the County Recorder's Office, described
as follows:
Commencing at a point in the southerly
line of 8th Street, which is north 710 38' east,1,151.3
feet and south 18° 22' east 40 feet from the northwester-
ly corner of said 80 Acre Lot 1, said point being also
the Northeast corner of a tract of lands nveyed by
H. L. T. Company to Lucille Flemming Huisveld by deed
dated January 27, 1922 and recorded in Book 882,page
55 of Deeds, records of said County; thence from said
point south 18° 22' east along the easterly line of land
so conveyed to Huisveld, 682.57 feet to a point; said
point being in the westerly prolongation of the center
line of 10th Street as shown on the Map of Hills of
Paradise, No. 1860,filed in the County Recorder's Office;
thence continuing South 180 22' east along the easterly
line of said land so conveyed to Huisveld, 303.42 feet
to a point; thence north 710 38' east 400.69 feet to a
point on the westerly line of Paradise Drive, said
westerly line being parallel with and 30 feet distant
from the westerly line of Hills of Paradise as shown
on said Map No. 1860; thence north 180 22' west along
said westerly line of Paradise Drive, 273.42 feet to an
intersection with the westerly projection of the southerly
line of loth Street as shown on said Map No. 1860,said
intersection being the true point of beginning; thence
south 71° 38' west 100 feet along said projected southerly
line of loth Street to a point; thence south 180 22' east
93 feet to a point; thence north 71° 38' east 100 feet
to a point on the westerly line of Paradise
Drive; thence North 180 22' west along said
westerly line of Paradise Drive, 93 feet to the
true pointof beginning. EXCEPTING therefrom
all of the westerly 45 feet thereof.
Parcel II: The westerly 45 feet of the
following described property: All that portion
of 80 Acre Lot 1,Quarter Section 129, Rancho de
la Nacion, according to the map thereof by Morrill,
No. 166 filed in the County Recorder's Office,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the
southerly line of 8th Street, which is north
710 38' east 1,151.3 feet and south 180 22' ea$t
40 feet from the northwesterly corner of said 80
Acre Lot 1, said point being also the northeast
corner of a tract of land conveyed to Lucille Flemming
Huisveld by H. L. T. Company by deed dated January
27, 1922 and recorded in Book 882, page 55 of Deeds,
records of said County; thence from said point south
18° 22' east along the easterly line of land so
conveyed to Huisveld, 682.57 feet to a point; said
point being in the westerly prolongation of the
center line of loth Street as shown on the Map of
Hills of Paradise, No. 1860,filed in the County
Recorder's Office; thence continuing south 180 22'
east along the easterly line of said land so conveyed
to Huisveld, 303.42 feet to a point; thence north 710
38' east 400.69 feet to a point on the westerly line
of Paradise Drive, said westerly line being parallel
with and 30 feet distant from the westerly line of
Hills of Paradise as shown on said Map No. 1860:
thence north 180 22' west along said westerly line
of Paradise Drive, 273.42 feet to an intersection with
the westerly projection of the southerly line of loth
Street, as shown on said Map No. 1860,said intersection
behg the true point of beginning; thence South 710 38'
west 100 feet long said projected southerly line of
loth Street to a point; thence south 180 22' east 93
feet to a point; thence north 710 38' east 100 feet to
a point on the westerly line of Paradise Drive, thence
north 180 22' west alongsaid westerly line of Paradise
Drive, 93 feet to the true point of beginning.
The said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of
the City Planning Commission.
Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from the date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any
violation of any of the above conditions will void this permit and the same
shall lapse and be of no effect.
