WHEREAS, a tentative map of a subdivision known as WILLIAMS MANOR
NO. 3 SUBDIVISION has been regularly accepted by CITY OF NATIONAL CITY sub-
ject to any and all conditions and requirements imposed by the Planning
Commission and Ordinance No. 803 of said City, and
WHEREAS, a final map of said subdivision has been regularly filed
by the Subdivider with CITY OF NATIONAL CITY; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 803 of said City, the Subdivider
submitted a form of contract with CITY OF NATIONAL CITY whereby the Sub-
divider agrees to complete certain improvements in said Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, all the mandatory conditions and provisions required by
Ordinance No. 803 of CITY OF NATIONAL CITY have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of CITY OF
NATIONAL CITY, California, as follows:
That certain agreement between Harry L. Williams, a copy of which
is attached hereto, be, and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and in behalf of the
City.
The surety bond in the principal sum of $19,000.00 submitted by
GLEN FALLS INSURANCE COMPANY guaranteeing performance of
said contract is hereby approved.
That the final map of WILLIAMS MANOR NO. 3 SUBDIVISION be, and
the same is hereby approved.
That the City Clerk of said City if hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate stating that the City Council of CITY OF NATIONAL
CITY approved said map and accepted, on behalf of the public, all streets,
alleys, rights of way and all parcels of land offered for dedication for
public use by and on said final map.
That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized and directed to
sign said final map for and upon behalf of CITY OF NATIONAL CITY.
That the City Clerk of said City if hereby authorized and directed
to comply fully with the conditions and requirements set forth in CHAPTER 2,
PART 2, DIVISION 4 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of
California.

may be applicable thereto. The estimated cost of said improvements is
$19,000.00.
The Second Party further agrees to indemnify, protect and hold
harmless the said City of National City from any and all claims of liability
for personal injury, property damage, labor or material claims which may be
made against said City by reason of said work and installation of improve-
ments as herein provided.
2. As a guarantee and as security for its full and faithful
performance in complying with all the requirements for the completion of said
subdivision as aforesaid, the said Second Party shall deliver to the said
City of National City, upon the execution of this agreement, a good and
sufficient bond executed by an authorized surety company satisfactory to
the said City of National City in the sun of $19,000.00.
Upon the execution by Second rty of this Contract and the
posting of the bond as herein provided, and upon the full and coup1.ete
performance by Secomi Party of all requirements imposed upon Second Party
by Ordinanees Nos. 803, 855, and other applicable ordinances of National
City, the City of National City agrees to approve the Final Map of said
subdivisiol and accept the same for re rdation.
