That the City Council of he City of National City,
aiirorria, hereby finds and determines ermines that the public interest r
and convenience require the sale of all that certain real property
owned Icy the City of National :y, more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" hereto attached 's'i_;1C%Y? said description is hereby made
a part herein as though set forth at lengt,
That it is the intention of the City Council of the
City of National City to sell said described real property.
That the hour of 9°o'clock A.1"., on the 4th day of
October, 1955 is hereby fixed as the time for hearing protests to
such proposed sale.
That final action will be taken on such proposed sale
on said October4 1955,orat any r gularly meeting
e� , scheduledof
the City. Council thereafter.
That the City Clerk shall cause this Resolution to be
published once in the National City Star -News.
That the City Engineer shall cause copj.es of this
Resoluton to be posted in three conspicuous places upon said parcel
of real proper for not less than 10 days prior to said hearing.

That portion of the Northwest Quarter of Quarter Section
105 and 8O Acre Lot 1 of Quarter Section 130 in RANCHO DE LA
NACION, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to Map thereof, No 166, filed in the
office of the County Recorder- of San Diego County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Quarter Sec—
tion 105; thence North 71°29'50" East along the Northerly line
thereof, 1323.94 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said North—
west Quarter of Quarter Section 105; thence South 18°24'15" East
along the Easterly line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of
300 feet; thence South 71°18'27" West 150 feet; thence South 18°
24'1 " East 165 feet; thence North 71°18'27" East 150 feet to a
point in said Easterly line of said Northwest Quarter; thence
South 18°24'15" East along said Easterly line 825.40 feet to the
Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 71°18'27"
West along the Southerly line of said Northwest Quarter 1323.75
feet to the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence South 71°17'51"
West along the Southerly line of said 80 Acre Lot 1 a distance of
1124.50 feet more or less, to a line which bears South 18°24'45"
East from the Southeasterly corner of the land described in deed
to National School District, San Diego County, recorded December 7,
1951 in Book 4313, page 473 of Official Records; thence North 18°
24'45" West along said line 639.58 feet to said Southeasterly
corner; thence North 9°02'30" 'Nest (record North 9°19'01" West)
along the Easterly line of said land and the Northerly prolongation
thereof 668.89 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said
80 Acre Lot 1; thence North 71°32'08" East along said Northerly
line 1015.52 feet to the Point of BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM. the Southerly 40 feet of that portion of
said land lying within the Northwest Quarter of Quarter Section
105, herein described.
SUBJECT to all easements and rights of way of record.
RESERVING FROM said Northwest Quarter of said Quarter Section
105, an easement and right of way for ingress and egress for
road and public utility purposes over the Easterly 30 feet of said
Northwest Quarter.
ALSO RESERVING FROM THE above described land lying within
said Northwest Quarter of Quarter Section 105 and 80 Acre Lot 1
in Quarter Section 130, an easement and right of way for ingress
and egress for road and public utility purposes over the Northerly
30 feet of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Quarter
Section 105 and Northerly, 30 feet of the South Half of said 80
Acre Lot 1.
