RESOLUTION NO. G►'G.S' WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore by Resolution No. G/6 yaccepted certain easements for sewer purposes; and WHEREAS, by acceptance of the aforesaid easements the Council has heretofore found and determined that certain portions of existing easements for sewer purposes as hereinafter described are not now neces- sary for present or prospective purposes; and WHEREAS, no practical use or benefit can be obtained by the re- tention of those portions of said existing easements for sewer purposes by said City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore found and determined that those said portions of said existing easements for sewer purposes have no value and that it is for the common benefit and public welfare to vacate and abandon those said portions of said existing easements for sewer pur- poses; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: 1. That the City of National City shall, and does hereby, vacate and abandon certain portions more particularly hereinafter described of the presently existing easements for sewer purposes on the property herein- after described. 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of said City of National City are hereby authorized and directed to execute a quit claim deed, a true copy of which is hereto attached, vacating and abandoning said certain portions of the said easements for sewer purposes to the record owner of said property. 3. That said portions of the presently existing easements for sewer purposes and the real property upon which said easements are located are more particularly described in the copy of the quit claim deed hereto attached, which said descriptions are hereby incorporated by -1- reference herein as though the same were set forth a.t length.
