(700 Block on the South side of East 24th Street.) SCHEDULE "B" Parcel I: Petitioner is requesting a zone variance to construct and operate a roller skating rink on the described Parcel I property. Building is to be an attractive concrete building practically sound- proof. There will be no alcoholic beverages sold or allowed on the premises. Petitioner also requests a zone variance to construct electric signs which will be erected according to City specifications. Parcel II: Petitioners own Lots 1 thru 6 in Block 4 of Flora M. Kimball's Subdivision of the Easterly Half of 10 Acre Lot 16, Quarter Section 152, Rancho de la. Nacion, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, which is zoned C-3-A back 125 feet from Highland. Avenue. Petitioner is asking for a zone variance from R-4 to C-3-A usage on the Easterly 20 feet of Lot 6 and closed alley adjacent in order that the entire Lots 1 thru 6 can be leased for commer- cial construction. Also in the event the zone variance is granted for the specific purpose of a skating rink on the adjoining property, this would eliminate an R-4 island of 20 feet,
