HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 6273RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL ZONE VARIANCE RESOLUTION No. Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: That a special zone variance permit be granted to JAMES TOLEDO for the purpose of carrying on a retail fruit, produce and grocery establishment, and to install two unlighted signs, not more than twenty (20) square feet each. Said property is described as follows: All that portion of the Northerly Half of the Westerly Half of the Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 129 of Rancho de la Nacion in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according to the Map thereof by Morrill No. 166, filed in the office of the County Recorder of the San Diego County, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 129; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 129, a distance of 16 .0 feet to the true point of 44110h soon-poscro0+-ie gran*ed-air-floe-owa 44er+s..aoci-+ enarwe ieni-40. ko• r-Ro 4sc4m-as.kefeiraa4tea •s st-IWA4 : beginning; thence continuing Southerly along said Westerly line a distance of 101.55 feet; thence Easterly along a line which is parallel to the Northerly line of said South- westerly Quarter and 268.55 feet distant therefrom a dis- tance of 155 feet; thence Northerly along a line which is parallel to the Westerly line of said Southwesterly Quarter and 155 feet distant therefrom a distance of 81.06 feet; thence Northwesterly in a straight line a distance of 156.77 feet to the true point of beginning (excepting therefrom. the Westerly 30 feet for street purposes.) 1. This permit shall immediately become void if said JAMES TOLEDO ceases to grow his own produce on said premises. 2. The building area on said premises is not to be increased beyond 1,000 square feet, and is to be confined to an area approximately 100 f t as 12 �d h.wi any addition to be placed on the North, East or South side of the existing building. That said permit is non -assignable and non-transferrable. Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
