BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
MODIFICATION OF LEASE NOy (R) - 48364
between National City and the United States of America re Lease
of a certain portion of tide lands for use as a. Navy parking lot,
cancelling existing modification of said Lease dated 3 August, 1954,
is hereby accepted and approved, and Walter F. Hodge, Mayor, is
authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of City
of National City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on the day of
November, 1954.
