RESOLUTION No. 5871
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to 12TH & HIGHLAND, INC. (Guy C. Wilson,
Secretary)
for the purpose of erecting and operating; a super -market and commercial
retail stores on the:
property is described as follows:
As set forth on SCHEDULE "An attached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof.
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Com-
mission.sas.Ittegeina and upon the further express condition that
the said property shall in no event be used
for any purpose or purposes other than permitted
in R-1, R-1-S, R-2, R-4, C-2 and C-3 zones as
established by Ordinance No. 750 of City of
National City.

All that portion of the South 24 rods of the West H;Alf 3f 20 Acre
Lot 2, Quarter Section 132, Rancho de la Nacion, City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof
No. 166, made by Morrill, on file in the Office of the Recorder of said
San Diego County, lying Northerly of a line described as follows;
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly line of said Lot 2
with a line drawn parallel with and 110.00 feet Northerly at right angles
from the Northerly line of 12th Street, as a portion of the Northerly
30.00 feet of said street is described in a deed to the City of National
City, dated October 7, 1926 and recorded in Book 1280, page 171 of Deeds;
thence North 71° East along said parallel line, a distance of 320.00 feet;
thence Northeasterly in a straight line to the Northwesterly corner of the
South 94.00 feet of the East 130.00 feet of said West Half of 20 Acre Lot
2, being the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to G. C. Trotochau and
wife by deed dated May 2, 1941 and recorded in Book 1202, page 90 of
Official Records; thence from aid corner Northeasterly in a straight line
to a point on the Easterly line of said West Half of 20 Acre Lot 2, dis—
tant North 19° West, 165.00 feet from the aforementioned Northerly line of
12th Street.
