MOESER for the purpose of erecting a duplex on: .t property.is.described as follows: As forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. (1955 East filth Street, National City, California) That said permit is granted upon the -Jc recommendations of the City Planning Com- mission -^_ --•L• and upon the further Condition that said building shall be set back the same as the adjoining building, being approximately ten (10) feet. Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof. Any violation of any of the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect. City of National City California RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL ZONE VARIANCE Resolution No Adopted EXHIBIT "A" The Northerly 100 feet of the Southerly 126.53 feet of the Easterly 75 feet of that portion of 80 Acre Lot 1, Quarter Section 129 of the Rancho de la Nacion, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according to the Map thereof by Morrill, No. 166, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County of San Diego, described as follows: Commencing at a point in the Southerly line of 8th Street, which is North 71° 38' East 1151.3 feet and South 18° 22' East 40 feet from the Northwesterly corner of said•80-Acre Lot 1, said point being also the Northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed by H. L. T. Company to Lucille Fleming Husiveld by deed dated January 27, 1922 and recorded in Book 882, page 55 of Deeds, records of said County; thence from said point South 18° 22' East along the Easterly line of the land so conveyed to Huisveld 682.57 feet, said point being in the Westerly prolongation of the center line of 10th Street, as shown on Map of Hills of Paradise, No. 1860, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County; thence continuing South 18° 22' East along the Easterly line of said land conveyed to Huisveld, 123.42 feet, to the true point of beginning; thence North 71° 38' East a distance of 185 feet; thence South 18° 22' East, a distance of 180 feet to the Southerly line of the parcel of land conveyed by deed recorded in Book 1874, page 203 of Deeds; thence South 71° 38' West, a distance of 185 feet to the Easterly line of said Huisveld land; thence North 180 22' West along said Easterly line of Huisveld land, 180 feet to the true point of beginning.
