HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 5628RESOLUTION NO. 5'6 Cf BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: SECTION 1: That that certain Change Order uBn, -dated January 8, 1952, a copy of which is attached hereto, and issued pursuant to the requirements of Public Law 24+5, 82nd Congress amending a certain contract NOy (U) 22039 between the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT and the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, a municipal corporation, be, and the same is hereby, accepted. SECTION 2: That MAURICE CARRIGAN, Mayor of the City of National City, is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and upon behalf of the said City. of the Resolutions Ordinances PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, this 15th day of January AYES: Councilmen 19 52 , by the following vote, to -wit: Clarke, Curry, Hart, Ingalls, Carrigan NAYS: Councilmen None ABSENT: ATTEST: City Clerk. "(b) The Contractor further agrees to include the following provisions, with appropriate insertions, in all his subcontracts hereunder: (Name of subcontractor) agrees that the Comptroller General of the United States or any of his duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three years after final payment under prime contractimy(U) 22039 C:,qween the United States of America andCity of National `_a`Fe access to and the right to examine any directly pertinent books, documents, papers, and records of (Name of subcontractor) involving trans- actions related to this contract."
