BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
SECTION la That that certain Agreement for the
Operation of Teletypewriter Service between
CITY OF NATIONAL CITY and COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO,
the Cities of SAN DIEGO, CHULA VISTA, CORONADO,
EL CAJON, ESCONDIDO, LA MESA and OCEANSIDE,
be, and the same is hereby, approved.
SECTION 2: That MAURICE CARRIGAN, Mayor of the City
of National City be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to execute the same for and upon
behalf of the said City of National City.
