RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL ZONE VARIANCE

RESOLUTION No. 5-7 3
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to WATICNAL CENTER, INC. (Guy C.4Tileon,
President)
for the purpose of_Preeting Arid operating, on the following -described
property, a super -market and commercial retail stores.
(That portion of Quarter Section 132 of Rancho de
Said property is described as follows: laBecton in the Cityo Nati

San Diego, State of California,according to map theref NO.lbb, riled i1 County e orf ce
of the County Recorder of said San Diego County and described as folipwe: Con-
mencing at a point 19 -East 924 feet from the Northwesterly corner of said Quarter
Section 132, said point being the sowly corner of land conveyed to Florence Ennis
by deed recorded in Book 4075,page 376,of official records thence North 7710 East
along the -Southerly line of said Ennis land and its Easterly extension,471.24 feet
to the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to Florence Ennis by deed recorded in
book 462,page 295 of official records; thence North 1 West 262.61 feet to an in-
tersection with the Easterly extension of the N rther line of said land conveyed
by deed to Ennis recorded in book 4078, page 378 of official records; thence South
710 West along said extended line and along the Northerly line of said land con-
veyed by deed 471.00 feet to the Northwesterly corner thereof; being a point on the
Westerly line of said Quarter Section 132; thence South 19 East 262.61 feet to the
point of comaeneement,EXCEPT westerly 40 feet thereof.
That said permit is grantedupon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Com-
mission as hereinafter set forth:
That said building shall have a total area of approximately 25,000
square feet and shall conform to -the drawings attached to petition No.425
of City of National City, on file in the City of. National City;
That said special zone variance is hereby granted upon the further
express condition that petitioner and any and all subsequent holders of
title to said property shall reserve a forty foot (401) easement, for
street purposes, on the northerly fbortion of aforesaid property and to
deed the same, for street purposes, to the City when so requested by the
City, and upon failure to so do this variance shill be null and void from
the beginning.

Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.

the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
