RESOLUTION NO. 5532
RESOLUTION FIXING 1951-52 TAX RATE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 51511 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California, the City Council of
the City of National City, California, is required to fix
the rate of taxes designated in cents upon each one hundred
dollars ($100.00) of the assessed valuation of property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the tax rate for the City of
National City, California, for the
fiscal year 1951-52 is hereby set and
fixed as follows:
General .70
Library .225
Park M & I .25
Retirement .42
Sinking Fund No. 6 .055
TOTAL PER ONE HUNDRED .$ 1.65
DOLLARS ASSESSED VALUA-
TION.
SECTION ,$. That before the expiration of fifteen
(15) days from the passage of this Resolu-
tion, the City Clerk of the City of Nat-
ional City, California, shall cause this
Resolution to be published once in the
National City News, a newspaper of weekly
circulation printed and published in the
City of National City, California.
