RESOLUTION No. 5547
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to FRANK 0- ROOT
for the purpose of eliminating the operation of Section 18, Subsection (A)
3(g) of Ordinance No. 750 which requires a 10' x 25' loading space.
Said property is described as follows:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 3 of T. Parson's Subdivision of 10 Acre
Lot 8, Quartersection 155 of Rancho de la Nacion, EXCEPTING
therefrom the easterly 25.5' of southerly 30' of Lot 4 and
the easterly 25.5' of Lot 5 in Block 3 of T. Parson's Sub-
division of said 10 Acre Lot 8.
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Com-
mission as hereinafter set forth:
That an adequate conveyor belt for unloading purposes,in lieu
of a 10' x 25' loading space, be installed, and, further, that
adequate off-street parking be provided as set forth in the
letter of FRANK 0. ROOT dated August 7, 1951.
That said permit is non -assignable and non-transferrable.
Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.

the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
