BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, as follows:
That the easements, for street purposes, from
AVA E. SMITH as grantor of Parcel 1, and from AVA E. SMITH
as grantor of Parcel 2, and of LORA I. WINGO and L. E. WINGO,
husband and wife, as grantors of Parcel 3, all as hereinbelow
more particularly described, to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, as
grantee, upon, over, and across the property situated in the
State of California, County of San Diego, City of National City
and more particularly described,as-'follows:
PARCEL 1. A portion of 4 Sec. 132, Rho. de la Nation,
according to Map No. 166 R of S Map No. 2417
on file in the Office of the Recorder of San
Diego County, California; and more particularly
described as follows:
Being the Southerly 16 feet of the S 90
feet of E 135 feet of W 165 feet of W of E 2
of 20 Acre Lot 4, Quarter Section 132, conveyed
to AVA E. SMITH by deed recorded in Book No.
787, Page No. 24'of Official Records of said
Recorder's Office.
PARCEL 2. A portion of - See. 132, Rho de la Nacion,
according to Map No. 166 R of S No. 2417 *vans
Hts. No. 2 Map No. 2494 on file in the Office
of the Recorder of San Diego County, California;
and more particularly described as follows:
Being the southerly 16 feet of Lot 26
Evans Hts. No. 2 eonveyed to AVA E. SMITH by
deed recorded in book No. 787, Page No. 24, of
Official Records of said Recorder's Office.
PARCEL 3. A portion of u See. 132 Rho de la Nacion, ac-
cording to Map No. 166 R of S No. 2417 on file
in the Office of the Recorder of San Diego
County, California; and more particularly
deseribed as follows:
Being the northerly 30 feet of the easterly
70.22 feet of Wi of Wi of Ez of Si of 20 Acre
Lot 4, k Sec. 132 conveyed to L. D. WINGO and
LORA I. WINGO by deed recorded in Book No. 2927,
Page No. 229 of Official Records of said
Recorder's Office,
be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the said City of National
City.
That the City Clerk of National City, California, is
hereby authorized and directed to receive the aforesaid Deeds
for the City of National City and to record the said Deeds in
the Office of the County Recorder of San ➢iego County, California.
