RESOLUTION No. 5322
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to Howard L. Morrison
for the purpose of
for a change in side -yard setback from twenty feet
to ten feet on the northeast corner of Second Street and Laurel.'.
Avenue.
Said property is described as follows:
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Com-
mission as hereinafter set forth:
That said permit is non -assignable and non-transferrable.
Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.

Gentlemen:
A regular meeting of the Planning Commission was
held at 7:30 PM on August 8, 1950.
A hearing was held on petition No.369 of Howard
L. Morrison for a change in side -yard setback
from twenty feet to ten feet on the northeast
corner of Second Street and Laurel Avenue. There
were no protests. The Commission recommends
that this petition be granted.
The matter of a connection between Highland
Avenue and the San Diego Major Street system
was discussed and a field trip was arranged for
August 19, 1950.
