From the West Coast Corporation To The City of National City The Southerly fifteen (15) feet of the Northerly thirty (30) feet of Lot 40 of Rancho Hills Unit No. 5, according to Map thereof No. 2475 filed in the office of the County Recorder, and also over the Southerly thirty (30) feet of Lot 32 of Rancho Hills Unit No. 5, according to Map thereof No. 2475, filed in the office of the County Recorder. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record said Grant Deed together with a certified copy of this Resolution, in the office of the County Recorder, San Diego County, California.
