HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 5153RESOLUTION NO. 51.53 : WHEREAS, the City has duly advertised for bids for the supplying of gasoline to the City of National City for one (1) year, and WHEREAS, the bid of the Shell Oil Company is the best bid submitted. NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, that the Shell Oil Company's bid is hereby accepted and the Mayor of the City of National City is authorized to enter into a contract with the Shell Oil Company, in accordance with said bid.
