HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 5064RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL ZONE VARIANCE RESOLUTION N 5064 Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: That a special zone variance permit be granted to Henry WiTROn for the purpose of permitting him to change set back requirilment from 20 feet to 5 feet to give room on the hilltop for the proposed house. Said property is described as follows: Lot 9, Rancho Hills Unit No. 2, Quarter Section 106, National City. That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Com- mission as hereinafter set forth: That said permit is non -assignable and non-transferrable. Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof. This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
