S G G 7 'VHEREAS, a special election has been called and set for Tuesday November 8th, 1949, in the City of National City, California, for the submission to the electorate of the City of National City of the following proposition: *Shall the Charter prepared by the City Council on its awn motion pur- suant to Section 8 of Article XI of the Constitution of the State of California, and filed by it in the office of the City Clerk on September 6, 1949, be adopted as the Charter for the City of National City?"
