So that you may have the exact dates of the trans- action to use in determining; the time when it became school property I am furnishing you the following information: The real property was placed in escrow on April 21, 1948. Since there are a number of legal techni- calities which must be followed in acquiring a school site the transaction was delayed and the deed was not recorded until July 26, 1948.
