Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to Charles M. Davis
for the purpose of leasing property to Lynco Oil Co. for use as a bulk
storage plant, for storage of gasoline and oil only.
Said property is described as follows:
and 22.
City Plat Block 240, Lots 19, 20, 21
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Com-
mission as hereinafter set forth:
The storage of gasoline and oil only.
That said permit is non -assignable and non-transferrable.
Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
